How does the Society handle requests for Expert Witness recommendations?
The Society is not in a position to hold a register of, give opinions about or forward referrals to members willing to undertake professional Expert Witness work. Enquiries regarding the availability of Expert Witnesses for the provision of medicolegal opinions should therefore be addressed directly to suitably qualified and experienced individuals.
Information regarding Expert Witnesses in the UK and EU can be found in the guidance issued by the General Medical Council.
The Paediatric Pathology Society does not perform professional regulatory functions.
